I ordered inside and got exactly what I ordered; however, once I got my drink I saw there were no straws in the dispenser and there were three of us awaiting straws. A very helpful dark-haired fellow said he would get straws - he was obviously very busy as it was around lunch time and the place was packed and the drive-thru was backed up.I spotted a stack of straws just behind the open counter and asked the fellow if I could grab those and put them in the dispenser. my burger was cold and the bun was hard. we got the double cheeseburger combo ..the fries were soft and greasy. there was a long line.. so the food shouldve been hot not cold. my cousin ordered the same thing ..hers was just like mine... awful. needless to say we threw them out once we got up the road. very disappointed . the parking lot needs to be cleaned up .. there was trash everywhere .

Very first time visiting this location from out of town and I must say I’ve never met such rude employees. Damien at the drive thru needs a class on providing customer service. Very rude
