The managers are rude. I stopped going in the Franklin, Virginia McDonald's cause of how the managers are rude to their staff. Crystal, Tenika and Sadie are the worst. If you don't like your jobs, get another one.
By far the worst McDonald's I have been to. 9am and out of orange juice, offered sweet tea instead and did not provide refund. We waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru with only 2 other customers at the restaurant. Then both sauces were missing and we repeated the order 3 times. This McDonald's needs a massive overall of their staff. Basic common sense and customer service is clearly not here.
It was frustrating after looking online at the closing times and seeing it was supposed to be open until 11pm, driving up and having the staff standing in the parking lot telling me they just closed (clearly to party at the econolodge) and seeing signs that stated that due to a change in ownership, they would start closing at 4pm.
What? A mcdonalds that closes at 4pm?
There were several of us pretty frustrated in the parking lot.
