“We stopped in to see if by chance the barista would do a dark roast coffee pour-over. Not all Starbucks locations will perform the pour-over for you, at which point we leave. Kelly was so happy to be able to offer us the pour-overs. The Starbucks Clover Vertica machines just don't do the coffee any justice. It's not what Starbucks stands for, in my opinion. Ms. Andres, District Manager, and Ms. Kies, Store Manager, you have yourselves a very valuable employee with Kelly!! It's important for me to let you know so you can recognize her for your gifts and talents. Thank You Kelly for a superbly balanced pour-over. You should be the pour-over teacher to all others.“
