Franklin needed this little place. I love that the folks working in there are nearly always in a cordial mood, even when it appears they are single-handedly working the restaurant.
The staff here is amazing!
I rate this place a 5/5 simply due to the customer service provided. We often hear of all the negatives in the world and never hear of the positives. I was served by one of the most kind and polite gentleman at the Franklin location, Rylan. He deserves to be recognized for his positive, kind, and welcoming feeling he provides to his customers. To be a young man in the work force, showing this type of work ethics, is refreshing, and deserves to be recognized in a dying work ethics...read full review
