The staff here is amazing!
I rate this place a 5/5 simply due to the customer service provided. We often hear of all the negatives in the world and never hear of the positives. I was served by one of the most kind and polite gentleman at the Franklin location, Rylan. He deserves to be recognized for his positive, kind, and welcoming feeling he provides to his customers. To be a young man in the work force, showing this type of work ethics, is refreshing, and deserves to be recognized in a dying work ethics...read full review
Usually I don’t have any issues at this location I get my food no problem and most of the employees are very nice but me and my friend have been having issues with an employee named jam we made a mobile order the other day and they happened to be out of croissants and gave us TORTILLAS instead without even telling us that they were out of what we paid for and giving us another option jam is the one who made the food and she didn’t even tell the drive thru employee...read full review
