I was greeted by a very eccentric employee who was professional and helpful. I didn’t know which type of drink to get and the suggestion he made is phenomenal. He was also very helpful with selecting donuts I should get. I am very happy with the entire encounter I experienced today! I wish I would’ve gotten his name but I didn’t. Keep up the good work!

Lately for me, they haven't been that great. They keep messing up the orders.. they used to do a great job there and they made my coffee so perfect I would go there sometimes three times a day. Customer service is always great with pleasantries ❤

The girls are over worked with how many mobile orders are coming in. Be patient they are doing their best. I saw how many orders are piled up on the counter that no one is going inside to get. People are angry with the service and getting mad at the workers like they aren’t trying to keep up with demand of an entire town. Get off your butts and go get your orders if you want faster service. These ladies are tired and I don’t blame them. Cmon Franklin.
