I Love Starbucks! The staff is always fast and courteous. I have to give a shout out to Kelly. She was there this past Sunday and that girl was on fire! Very sweet and works very hard.
I’ll admit, I was skeptical about Franklin getting a Starbucks because customer service around here is ehh… but this location completely proved me wrong. The staff is always quick, reliable, and genuinely kind. I’ll never forget when they let me stay there for eight hours while I studied for my AP exams without making me feel rushed. This Starbucks has truly set the standard, and the customer service is unmatched.
We stopped in to see if by chance the barista would do a dark roast coffee pour-over. Not all Starbucks locations will perform the pour-over for you, at which point we leave. Kelly was so happy to be able to offer us the pour-overs. The Starbucks Clover Vertica machines just don't do the coffee any justice. It's not what Starbucks stands for, in my opinion.
