The worst McDonalds I have ever been to. So slow and inconsiderate. Don’t waste your time stopping here. Order my food in the drive thru and got to the window to be told they don’t have sweet tea after they let me order it. Then gave me sauce that was covered in sticky stuff and then made me pull into the curbside pick up to wait 10mins for them to bring me a coke and sauces. GET NEW MANAGEMENT OR CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN.
Burgers was pink fries sat in the basket for three minutes before dumping in the tray. Went to the drive through and because I chose carry in app he acted like I was speaking French when I said my order number just for me to get in the place and him to be preparing my order smh the lady on burgers had on one glove with the hand that she wasn’t even using and I watched this man wait to actually pay for his order ticket for five mins before some one actually came to take payment. I also ordered double fries for a kids meal and as I watched him put the apples in the box I had to remind him and after I got the food he looked at me like I was crazy because I asked for my drinks… don’t stop here now I see why Wendy’s down the street was full of people
Decided to put a mobile order in at 11:50pm, just to get to the restaurant and see they’re closed a whole hour early with two workers vaping in the parking lot. Why let me make a mobile order if you’re closed, and according to google and the restaurant door the drive thru is open til 1am.
It was McDonald's, nothing to write home about.
No McRib ..idk why this store bothers..I asked if they still had the McRib and was told no..very rudely also

I waited 20 minutes for a drink( dulce de leche) and a hash brown I ordered by the drive thru and I had to wait in the car for 15 and then I went inside and the drink wasn’t ready yet and I had to ask a women for the order as soon as ask she started dong it that bs !!!

Food was terrible I talk to the manger they was disrespectful and I ask for a general manners phone number they wouldn’t give it to me. I took my granddaughter to the restroom one of the men that worked there came in there . I told him he was in the wrong bathroom he said he was a girl even though he wasn’t. The workers had long nail and long hair and was working around food. Health hazard. Ketchup on the wall . Trash all over the place tables dirty. I had to wash off a table to eat at. I won’t be going back there

I don’t understand why every time I come here you never fail to make something incorrect. I ordered 4 double cheese burgers with NO onion and no pickle. I open them up and check them because you guys ALWAYS mess up but to my surprise there was no onions so I go to eat it and when I bite into it IN BETWEEN THE PATTIES IS LOADS OF ONIONS!!! All four cheeseburgers. PLEASE GOD someone help the people at this store because apparently they can’t even read a a ticket. And in between the patties was insane. I shouldn’t have to pull my food apart in the parking lot before I can go home and eat it.

Want a Big Mac? Better off going to Burger King.
Want a quarter pounder? Go to Dairy Queen.
Want your order right so when you get home everyone has their food? Go anywhere but here. Literally anywhere.
I’ll drive to one in Suffolk if I have to. I’ll never go back here.
This wasn’t the only time we’ve had an issue here but this one deserves posting. Big Mac with one hamburger patty. Quarter Pounder looking like a McDouble.

There is not a person on the shift at 7am on 10/17/24 that should continue to be employed by McDonalds in Franklin. Put my mobile order in at 6:50am. Arrived at 6:58am. The app would not accept my parking spot #. I walked into the store around 10 mins passed 7 to see if the order was being worked on. I stood and waited for 10 mins. Several employees walked by me and looked at me without acknowledging my existence. I finally asked someone about my order and was told. The transaction must not have went through. I advised that my card was charged and I have a transaction id for the food. They advised that it automatically returns to my card after 15 mins. It was passed 30 mins at this point from my order. So now I have $60 worth of food charged to me, no food, and got the pleasure of dealing with McDonalds rude ass B-Squad this wonderful Thursday morning.

Just went today with low expectations after reading reviews. The drive thru employee was smiling & friendly, the food was fresh & actually looked like the pictures, and everything was delicious. We won't hesitate to return.

I came inside to pick up a couple of mobile orders. Apparently you're supposed to go through the drive thru? That doesn't seem right. Regardless, I was waiting at the counter for a solid 5 min looking like a deer in headlights waiting to be acknowledged. Another person comes in and they acknowledge her and ask "Did you order online?" And she totally ignored me. I spoke up and said "Hey, sorry to cut you off, but I arrived here before this other person and I've been waiting for about 5 min for my food." She said "Don't be rude." EXCUSE ME???? Maybe apologize instead of being rude back. You're in the service industry. I'm in the service industry, but a different industry. And, when I make a mistake, I own it so we can all move on and that's probably what you shouldve done. I wouldn't even be here writing this review if it weren't for your attitude.
The only saving grace: another worker approached and responded decently to actually get down to the bottom of things. For that, I'm truly grateful because I was in a rush and had ordered 10 min prior to arriving at the store, anyway.
Please pay attention to people who are waiting at the counter and acknowledge our presence when we walk in. I'd be doing the same thing for you if our roles were reversed.
Slow service..several cars in the wait area...I took a chance..wasted my time for no other reason than a very lazy staff
Went through drive thru just now. Asked for 2 bacon egg and cheese mc griddle combos and a steak egg and cheese bagel combo. Get home to find I was given a bacon egg and cheese biscuit, sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle and the eagle was bacon not steak. Nothing was right. And here we are having to eat what I didn't pay for because I'm not driving 30 mins back
