been there the past 5 times and everytime got my order wrong, thought it was an accident the first time but 5 times? WONT BE GOING BACK!!

They never ever ever get the orders correct, especially when it's through drive-thru or being delivered. They lack quality control, and have a failure to listen.

Slow is an understatement. They take forever to do anything and the orders are still wrong the staff is rude, absolutely zero manners. My order was wrong twice. Manager hung out the window looking around but I was passed the first window by then. She came to the second window and said, “ What is it?!” With a terrible attitude and then grabbed my order and told the other girl, “give this to her!!” They just need to fire everyone and shut it down. These people do not need to be employed working customer service.

This place absolutely sucks. The bathroom smelled of ammonia, plus not toilet paper in either stalls. I was in drive thru and they were advertising something they didn’t even have in stores and acted like I was crazy. Then ordered a large mccrispy meal and didn’t get my mccrispy. When I went inside they rushed me and still gave me a mcchicken. THIS PLACE SUCKSSSSSS

Never order through doordash. Every time half the order will be missing, and it never changes. Doordash wont refund the missing items and they are too stupid to read orders.

Just don’t go here. I made the mistake of going inside to order. I used the kiosk as there were no employees at the counter.
Not a big deal.
It was 9:55 am so the only thing you could order was the breakfast menu. Which is what I wanted. So I put my order in. Then proceed to hear the people in the back making a big deal about me ordering breakfast at 9:55am.
Then proceeded to wait a crazy amount of tike for my simple order. Then finally got my meal from a rude guy behind the counter. I said nothing and grabbed my bag of slop. He then proceeded to try and cuss me out as I was walking out of the building claiming I “snatched” the bag of food.
I didn’t engage with his attempt at rage baiting me and simply walked out. The food was inedible.
Avoid this place like the plague.

Must ignorant people work here.. waited 30 minutes for 10 cookies for a DoorDash order. Sat in line waiting for nothing cause they never started to make the order. Just to get cussed at when I reminded them Iv been waiting half an hour for my order. Lowest of the low work here.
The locked the doors two hours before they were supposed to waited for curbside for 35 minutes and never received my food

Went through the drive through not only were they rude and were out of the one meal we went there for but they handed us a drinks that was only half full we ordered a large and if we are going to pay for a large the drink should be filled all the way but instead the woman was super rude about it told us she couldn’t do it and that’s just how the machine fills it up. And she freaked out said she would have to reset the machine which would throw the whole drive through off would not suggest this McDonald’s

I'm local and I am very saddened to see our one and only McDonalds here. It has reach to the point we're not coming here any more. Something definitely needs to be done! The service is slow even on a good day. The food is not up to McDonald's standards. You never receive the order as you requested. (Fries, sandwiches, etc. missing) My husband had to get hand soap from me in the bathroom because the men's bathroom didn't have any. How are the male employees washing their hands before returning to the kitchen? This was reported but wasn't addressed while we were there. (We dined in for about 45 minutes before leaving.) This problem starts at the tip top of this business. Hire quality managers, then in turn they hire quality employees. Train them accordingly! Mr. Taylor, Mr. Taylor. Do you not know what's going on here? And please don't respond to this post with a link.I'd rather talk with you personally, Mr. Taylor. There is so much we would love to share with you.
