This place needs to have the health department called on them. New York Diner? How dare they call this dump and New York Diner. The floors are dirty, No bathroom customers have to go to the connecting BP gas station. The first time my husband and I went there, I was served sour iced tea. PLEASE PEOPLE IF YOU WANT A NICE PLACE EAT AND GOD FOOD DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I’ve been a loyal, weekly customer to NY Diner since they first opened. Also, I also bring them business with about 6-7 orders a week. Today, I ordered the exact same thing I’ve always ordered. 6 NY beef sausage, egg & cheese on toast. As alway, I pay for everyone’s order. After paying my worker to pick up our order, upon opening my order, all 6 orders were pork sausage patties. I always say “NY Beef Sausage” at least 3 times every time I call on the phone. I cannot eat pork (never) since almost 50 years ago. Upon discovering all sandwiches were pork sausage, I called & was told I would have to collect all 6 sandwiches, wait 30 minutes & leave work to go back to the diner. Totally unacceptable & unprofessional. They’ve lost a loyal customer forever who’s always paid for all my co-workers meals out of my pocket. Their response shows they had no appreciation for the customers that have always supported their business. I WILL NEVER SPEND MY HARD-EARNED MONEY WITH THEM AGAIN-NEVER.

I am from Danville Va and me and my mom stopped here to get food and let me tell yall they have the best Philly steak subs ever..... And my mom was definitely in love with the fish I definitely give this place a 10/10

I've been here a bunch of times and I haven't been disappointed yet. Sometimes the food takes a little longer to get to you because they have to prepare it. It's tucked away in a small gas station, so I believe it's harder to see. I think they need a bigger sign. I wish them the best.

ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE IN Franklin VA !!!!! PLEASE DONT GO!!!! FOOD POISINING AND POOR FOOD AS WELL AS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They where out of EVERYTHING fish,wings, sphaghetti, certain drinks etc. Marinara sauce was so out of date it was fermented and had a very potent expire smell. The food was absolutely horrible it was bland just tasted like plastic or pure salt or expired/rotten. Oh wait there more..... Got the ticket and attempted to be forced to pay for the food that we sent back because it was horrible. Not paying for something that wasn't even eaten. The attitude of the owner especially is beyond unprofessional and disrespectful. Not to mention acting as such in front of small children smh. Oh wait there still more... Then got up to leave and as we are walking out slamming stuff around and throwing a tantrum while mumbling racial and derogatory commentary like fr grow up.

This is the third time I have ordered from here and the food taste spoiled. The pancakes have a sour taste and the sausage taste and smells rotten. I have tried to call multiple times and no one answers. If you do not want to waste money and get SICK from spoiled food, DO NOT eat here. Disgusting.

Went in table food crumbsGiven NO silverwareBoyfriend breakfast came without extra sausage my egg sandwich ordered with bacon came with sausage set back did NOT get another one for 20 minutes meanwhile boyfriend ate all breakfast asked for compensation told will take $4.00 off of billDO NOT GO THERE !!!!!!!
