Pizza hut's pizza's have become higher than other Italian restaurants in the area so I just ordered carry out breadsticks. Ordered to double orders of breadsticks and only recieved one. They made it right but had to wait while it baked. Also they were asking for a tip at the carryout window.

So I made an online carryout order and paid with my card online. My mother in law went to pick the pizza up for me since she was busy. When she got there, she said that the bad smell of the place hit her in her face when she walked in. When she got to the counter a worker helped her check out and tried to charge her again.. but not the original $30 total that I had already paid. She said $38. Sounds to me like some of the workers here are trying to scam customers and are pocketing the money. Be careful if you order from here because this place is sketch.

No service inside of restaurant went in asked if open told yes sat down waiting 20 minutes No server got got menus went back to counter order pizzas and drinks told only had bottle soda. Waited another 20 minutes got up and pizzas were boxed took boxes pizzas back to table. Pizzas was short cheese very little toppings just fell off pizzas. Not happy and they even asked if we could tip them for the order. What is going on please send help or close down...

As much as I've been purchasing from this store over the last 2 years of living here INCLUDING when supporting them during and after covid when then opened. The new manager put a really bad taste on my mouth.All I did was try to verify my doordash delivery order and she refused my verification by saying "Get that phone out of my face". So basically what they tells me is anyone can just come in and steal food since she does not verify, just say you work for doordash because she obviously doesn't care going against apart of pizza huts policy).I believe the new manager name is candice, caucasian woman ?.I have zero problems with anyone else, everyone else is great even the food as great but this manager obviously does not know what she's doing...

The pizza, breadsticks, and melts coming out of this Pizza Hut location has increased in quality significantly. Someone is really managing this place well and the employees seem to be preparing quality orders for customers and have professional personalities!
