Picked up at the drive-thru. Used to have Pizza Hut years ago, but not from this location. Was not impressed with the pizza. Looked like substandard ingredients. Looks like a cheap frozen pizza from the grocery store

The Pizza Hut in Franklin VA advertises that their buffet starts at 11:30. We got there at 11:32. I figured they might not have everything out yet, but I wasn't prepared for a completely empty buffet. And their ice machine is broken, so we had to purchase bottled drinks separately. Food finally started coming out at 11:50. We were so NOT impressed. The employees all shared this lack luster look, like they didn't want you there, they didn't want to work and they...
