I come here daily, and I mean daily. I get the same thing a venti Iced Shaken espresso with a little bit of customizations. Always light ice, but lately it hasn’t been made correctly (too much ice) and it’s disappointing. The staff is always friendly!
they are usually good but today… whoever made the drinks (frappe) around 5:20ish, didn’t make it right… went to get it fix and it was still off. But I’m giving 4 stars because the place isn’t bad, but some people probably need to be educated on how to properly make frappes and I’m talking about the ones on the menu… which should be simple enough.
I received the best iced blonde latte on Sunday from this location. I haven't had much luck with coffee shops making it the way I prefer since moving to the area 4 years ago. Thank you, Franklin Starbucks!
