I will not be going back to the Wendy’s in Franklin, Virginia again.The last straw just occurred. Keep in mind that I will only go there once a month because of how slow this Wendy’s is.I ordered online in the app and waited for pick up in the drive thru. I got my order and checked it. I always try to check the order because they miss stuff a lot. I was missing my jr bacon cheeseburger. The young man at the drive thru was polite and asked for my receipt. A minute later, an older woman opened the window and said “let me see the bags”. I handed them to her and she closed the window for a couple of minutes and then opened it again and handed me back the bags and then closed the window and did not say anything. The missing burger was in the bag. The fries were cold but I did not say anything about this. I was in shock and waited for the young man to open the window. I asked if that was the manager who had taken my bags and he said yes. I told him she had just handed me back the bags and did not say anything to me. He apologized and asked if I wanted to speak with her and I said no and drove away. No one should have to deal with customer service like this. Literally every other Wendy’s location I go to is not like this. I will not be going back to this location ever again.

Breakfast English muffin sandwiches are a hit and miss. 7 out of 14 times the English muffin was so hard you couldn’t eat it. 1 day the egg smelled rotten and couldn’t even eat the sandwich.

No tomatoes didn't even realize that until i looked before I pulled off and discoverd there was no tomatoes the manager said they was out but didn't tell me I had to look at it myself I thought I was leaving for once of all having my oder right nope ? so she tells me the tomatoes are free high as food is now they getting like Mcdonald unless they just sold slices of tomatoes ? all night yall sad and a joke the food surplus doing better than yall service just sucks Franklin needs stores with strong vibes and good intentions just ?

It's a Wendy's. Their food is consistently good. This Wendy's was cleaner than most. The employees were nice, but the service was slow. The soda machine wasn't dispensing ice, and many flavors were out. The parking lot is a bit of a rat maze. Why four stars? Because despite the minor issues and frustrations, my order was filled accurately, and my food was good.

Oh gosh, the burger was terrible. I don't think there was an once of flavor. They didn't have lemonade, which was a bummer. And no sprite.The people weren't particularly special - just doing their job. Getting paid.And I get it. But that burger sucked. ?Parking: There are spots but you're not gotta like it.Wheelchair accessibility: Honestly if it's not, just close it down.

Went to Wendy’s for breakfast, morning staff was incredibly rude. They didn’t give me part of my order so when I went back through they gave me what it was missing, but it was the wrong size. I already had gone through the drive-through twice and at that point for my order to STILL be wrong
