The Sorbet was too crumbly, Salted Caramel Ice Cream too heavy and the staff looked tired. One of them looked very annoyed by the customers. Did her best to avoid eye contact as we were leaving the shop, even though she was the closest one to the door. 3 Stars because kids didn't seem to care about any of the mentioned stuff, they liked their sprinkle-cones and had a good time, like kids in an ice cream shop do.

This is why blue cow is much more popular. The entire staff was nasty, hostile, and did not create a welcoming environment. They made me feel like they were doing me a favor. The costumer service was absolutely horrible not just to my party but to other unlucky patrons that I observed. I asked for coffee ice cream then changed my mind. Then waitress serving me stopped and stated “I didn’t know we even had that flavor” and proceeded to grab herself a scoop before helping my girlfriend. After getting my shake I got a couple of sips in and found nuts in it. I ordered a flavor with no nuts would hate to have had an allergy. This place was not inviting or clean from what I witnessed. Complete waste of time and money. Safe to say I will not be returning any time soon.

Great ice cream but employees are not to bright! Seemed totally clueless...Take the lids off your ice cream so we can see what your flavors look like...ah just like Baskin Robins? 🤪
REPLY....Baskin Robins Must be doing something right because their ice cream has tasted great for decades. Nice come back though. Lol

Amazing ice cream, you can tell they put a lot of effort into making good ice cream.
Loved this little ice cream shop and the tart cherry cheesecake ice cream. I topped mine with chocolate.

Was so slow I had to leave. There were only 2 people in line in front of me but they were working on the shakes for those 2 for at least 15 minutes. There was an employee in the back prepping toppings, but never came to offer any help at the counter. He did see that it was getting backed up. I guess maybe they have employees that are not able to work the front.
