If you are interested in great bbq this is the place for you. Home cooking, fantastic food. Came here with family my husband had a platter and I had the Pit master sandwich and we split a side sample (green bean, Mac and cheese, cole slaw, and potatoe salad). Roxy was friendly and made great recommendations.
A llittle mom & pop BBQ joint with friendly staff & fabulous food is a must stop if you're in the area. We were visiting friends and they recommended we go for lunch. Most of us had the Allman plate with pork bbq (but you can get it with chicken) and 2 sides. There were a few different sauces on the table, all were good. Another member of our group had a burger & it looked really good. If I'm ever in the area again I will definitely go back.
This is legit BBQ! The pulled pork is on point, they make all their own sauces and they are the perfect compliment to the meat (pulled pork and chicken, brisket, ribs and sausages).Their sides are also homemade and you can tell. Excellent collard greens, mac and cheese, coleslaw and hush puppies!! Service is friendly, fast and helpful.
