America’s Best Wings - Southern Gateway

American’s Best Wings is one of my favorite places to eat. The food is always fresh, the wings are cooked perfectly, and there are so many flavors to choose from. The fries are crispy, the portions are generous, and everything comes out hot. The staff is friendly and provides great customer service, making every visit enjoyable. If you’re looking for delicious wings at a good price, I definitely recommend giving American’s Best Wings a try!

I absolutely love this location!!! I drive past several just to get here. We always receive excellent customer service!!! And I love that the cook knows exactly what we want every time we come!! The food is always hot and delicious!!!! This time we made our order and received our food so fast!!! I appreciate when a business appreciates its customers and acknowledges them. I will forever be a customer!! You guys are doing a wonderful job!!!

Placed an order online for pick-up. Front counter called to ask multiple questions on my order that were answered within my online order ticket. Either the kitchen cant read the order slip or theres a software translation issue that needs to be fixed. I was told the order would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived within 15, told the counter I had an order which they confirmed, and sat in a booth to wait for it to be completed. 30 minutes goes by and 4 people serviced before me before I approach the counter to ask how much longer my order will be. The front counter had it sitting behind them getting cold because he never called out my order but did everyone elses. The food is good and I have the patience of a saint but that was my first experience dining here and it has made me wary.

I’m gonna have to say the so-called jerk wings are basically fried wings. Sprinkle it with some clove seasoning and that is it. Nothing at all says jerk in these wings. These are complete trash.

Ordered Uber Eats and didn’t get hardly anything I asked for.im a diabetic I asked for water and I got soda instead of a refund. Got salad and wings with ABSOLUTELY NO DRESSING FOR EITHER. Food was cold. Cheese melted on my salad because it was under the hot food. Spent 40 dollars and was told I’d get a refund back and didn’t receive anything. They will never ever get my service again.

I had a terrible and very disappointing experience at America's Best Wings before, so I honestly did not expect much when I came back. But this visit completely changed my opinion.
The employee who helped me gave truly outstanding customer service. He was respectful, caring, patient, and very professional. The way he spoke to customers and handled everything made a huge difference. You can tell he genuinely cares about people and takes pride in his job. He also seems like a very experienced and longtime employee, and it really shows in the way he treats customers.
Good employees like him are hard to find, and he deserves recognition for the amazing work he is doing. Because of this experience, I will definitely come back and I highly recommend others to visit America’s Best Wings too.

Yesterday was my first time visiting this location. They had a special advertised on the door — 20+ wings (up to four flavors) and a large French fry for $22.99, which sounded like a wonderful deal. I ordered it and got 10 mild buffalo and 10 honey BBQ wings for my husband. The gentleman up front took our order quickly and told us 10–20 minutes, which is standard for wings. We placed the order at 7:45 PM.
We went next door to get a smoothie while we waited. By the time we got our smoothies and headed back, it was 8:38 PM. We went back into America’s Best Wings and continued waiting. Before I knew it, it was almost 9:00 PM.
My husband went up to the counter to politely ask how much longer it would be. I believe the man initially misunderstood and responded by stating the time the order was placed. My husband explained that he understood what time we ordered and was simply asking how much longer the wait would be. The man then went to the back to check with the cook.
The cook came out, looked to see who had asked, and said, “I got you, brother.” My husband replied, “Thank you, brother.” However, the cook then proceeded to stare my husband down in a very uncomfortable and unprofessional way, as if he was inconvenienced by being asked about the order one time. He stared at him from the counter all the way back through the kitchen door.
My husband sat down and we both agreed the interaction felt incredibly unprofessional. He asked politely, once, and without any attitude or tone. The food came out within a couple of minutes afterward. I’m assuming the store manager or owner brought it out, and he was very nice and polite. My husband decided it wasn’t worth escalating since he didn’t want to argue.
As for the food, in my personal opinion, the wings were slightly overcooked. The fries were great.
Unfortunately, because of the cook’s demeanor and how uncomfortable the interaction felt, we won’t be returning. Customer service matters just as much as the food.

Very nice people.., wife and I got the 20 wing deal 10 bbq. And 10 hot bbq. With fries. I can not say enough about the service and the quality of the food. Wings we very big and perfectly made awesome flavor... And the fries wow big portion and golden brown. Wish we lived around here just visiting from NY. I have to say these were the best wings I have ever had… Thank you

I had a very bad experience today at America’s Best Wings. I placed an order, and when I went there to pick up my food, I saw a person working in the kitchen his look like asian and he put his finger in his nose and then he did not wash his hands. It was horrible.I suggest don’t go there

Ordered from this place 3 times & each time the wings were cold & hard! 1st order, my wings & dirty rice were cold & hard! I will Never, Ever order from this place again. People should not be spending their hard earned money on Trash! Either do better or close up shop. Gotdamn!!!!

I’ve written many reviews and always try to be fair, but my experience here was terrible. My food was undercooked — and with chicken, that’s especially concerning. Overall, this was very disappointing, and I don’t plan on coming back.
