I bought a drink there but no ice even i did not order drink without ice . It really so sweet and i would love to ask put some ice but this guy told me have to PAY for ice . Really??? Tried a lot of take out drink, food and never have to charge for ask some ice put in a drink .

Went there this evening and the cashier was not helpful at all. Tried to redeem a pretzel hot dog nugget from the app and they denied me of it. They kept lying saying that they stopped doing it 3 weeks ago which was a lie because I redeemed the same coupon a week ago and had no issues. I walked to the other Auntie Anne’s in the mall near the library and the cashier was soo sweet and accepted my coupon. I would advise everyone to go to the other Auntie Anne’s near the library as they do not give you no hustle redeeming your coupon. Do NOT GO to the Auntie Anne’s near the mall entrance as they are NOT HELPFUL at all and would lie right in your face! Be careful!

Waited at counter for serval minutes before being “helped”. Rude customer service.

We waited here for over ten mins the young lady finally walked up on her phone she then outside the door still on her phone. It took her another two mins before she came to the counter to service us. This is the one by the food court

I wish I could give this place negative stars but 1 will have to do I simply asked the employee for a fork and he lied to me . Also my pretzel nuggets were dry never coming here again!

I go to the mall to get salted pretzels nuggets all the Time and they're very good. One of the employees named Bridget is extra sweet very patient and make sure customers is satisfied she works both locations in the mall and she's a very hard. I just want to say, Bridget thank you for your excellent services you will see me again very soon!!!

i placed a mobile order and went after 10 min, said they JUST received it and it would be another 15. i only have a 30 min break and associates were rude. both of them even had on pajamas…

Guy was rude it was 10:55am when I got there said he doesn't open until 1100am post says opens at 10am. I said I just wanted a Strawberry lemonade. He said oh well I won't have that at all today its cleaning day. I will not go back to this ever. Just lost my business.
