Based on the reviews, Curry & Kabob House - Indian Cuisine is a hidden gem in the mall food court. Customers were hesitant to try Indian food at the mall but were pleasantly surprised. The food is absolutely delicious and very flavorful. The curry chicken and Tandoori chicken are very well-spiced, and the fresh garlic naan straight out of the tandoor was spectacular. The butter chicken is perfectly creamy and sweet, not spicy, and the potatoes were perfectly cooked. The samosa chaat is absolutely delicious, full of spice, crunch, and tang. The mango lassi is super refreshing, not too sweet. Everything is tender and flavorful, and the portions are generous for the price. The staff is amazing and very pleasant, even close to closing time. Customers would definitely stop here again and highly recommend it. This is the best Indian restaurant in Fredericksburg and a must-try for anyone craving something flavorful and satisfying.
