We’ve seen this food truck many times over the years and finally stopped in for a couple pulled pork sandwiches and sides to bring home for lunch. The folks here are friendly and service is pretty quick. Prices are fair. They have most everything a southern BBQ joint would have, except beef.

We randomly stopped for lunch on our way through Fredericksburg and were very happy we did. The food was fresh and excellent. Pulled pork and rib tips sandwiches. The sauces were both REALLY good and the collard greens were super tasty.

A five star rating for ribs is like winning an Oscar and it’s well deserved here. I was a McCoys BBQ loyalist for many years and was broken hearted when they left town for S.C.
