Some of BEST BBQ ever! The St Louis ribs were tender and fell off the bones..brisket was so tender and the collard greens were the best..Our waitress was Abby..a energetic and great to us. Because our train was delayed ( several hours ) we were able to stay there and enjoy the ambiance of yet another historical place in Fredericksburg.

We shared a two meat platter with smoked brisket and St Louis ribs, and the food was absolutely amazing. I think it's the best brisket I've ever tasted, and so tender. Our server, Abby, was THE BEST!!! She was so attentive and pleasant, I just can't say enough good things about her.
