Best bbq in town and the portion size for the price is unbeatable. We sat outside being eaten alive by mosquitos because this food is worth it. All the sides were fantastic and the sausage, brisket, ribs were my favorite smoked meats.
We're new to VA and we've been here 2 times so far and have had a nice experience both times. The staff are very welcoming and attentive, the ambience of the old building is unique for a bbq spot and the food is great. We heard a rumor our 1st time through that they may be closing up in the next few months so I would definitely stop by soon if you've been thinking about it. Highly recommend!
The food was delicious. I ordered the pulled pork plate and it was a very large serving. The atmosphere had a lot of character in the older historic house. Our server was very attentive and friendly.
