This place was recently bought out and rebranded to “bubble house.” What an upgrade that was. The boba, service, and atmosphere of the place has skyrocketed. The new owners were so warm and welcoming, and they even were willing to stay open a little later when I went to make my order.

This place is by far the ABSOLUTE BEST place to go if you are in the mood for a refreshing drink! All the staff are super friendly, and enthusiastic and take the upmost pride in every delicious creation. They also never fail to give you your moneys worth! The last owner of this store never did well with very poor customer service among distasteful things, with ultimately led to its closing. Thankfully, the store opened back up again with NEW management, menus, employees, environment and aura! Everything including the interior was aesthetically pleasing, and the staff were super friendly. I am happy this shop will now be given the proper glory needed! Make sure to say hello to the man usually working there because he will make your day, as he has definitely made mine! P.S They are also hiring!!

This place was the nastiest place in the Mall and was just recently asked to leave. It's been here for years and the place smelled and had bugs. Thank goodness the Mall finally saw how unclean it was. It doesn't even rank for stars, is just how bad it was.

I got a brown sugar milk tea and it was delicious the pearls were the best nice and chewy and so sweet and flavorful. This was the best milk tea I’ve ever had in my life I think you guys should get.

This place is unsanitary and the old man gives off sketchy vibes from the get go. We saw him drinking from the cartons and licking on his fingers - no gloves while making our drinks. I’m sorry but we didn’t drink them, threw them straight in the trash and went over to kokee tea. Where’s the health inspector on this place?

I don’t normally leave reviews but I will for this business. I work in this mall and I love refreshing drinks and sweets once In a while. The man that’s usually there does a great job all the time and he puts a lot of thought into his work. He may be hard to understand or some have asked why he hides his work place with those boards or why there’s clutter but u must understand some ppl just work different and don’t like the pressure from others. As far as cleanliness I’ve never had issues with his drinks it’s always tasted fresh and clean and I’m very picky where I go so I highly recommend this place. Respect anyone and they will respect you and he knows me by now and always puts in extra for whatever I order. I appreciate him always. It’s not good to judge based on what u see, accept different kinds of ppl we are all unique in our ways❤️?? and also this ice cream is so natural tasting and doesn’t melt lol

I used to work here for a year. I was 15 and the owners of the business were very unprofessional. Never go to this boba place please. Go to another one, Kokee tea is literally across the street in Central Park. Bubblicious is not Sanitary. When I worked there, they never provided us gloves. The owner would stick his hands in his hair and pick up ice cubes with his hands that fell on the ground. He also picks boba with his fingers out of the container and eats it. He would also pick up the ice cubes off the counter and put it back in the drink, without gloves. The first day I clocked in, in the back, there was a rotisserie chicken down to its bones next to the clock out machine. It had little flies swarming it, and the boss still asked me if I wanted some. Just please, with your health as your #1 priority, don’t come here.

Clutter everywhere and nothing looked like it was being clean. Passing by again I've noticed they put up things to hide the back from being visible. Seems to me like they know they are not clean and choose to hide it. Going back to the tea, normally I don't mind a $6 Boba drink but this place is not worth it! The drink is watered down and does not taste good. They say you can tell if a bubble tea place is good, by the quality of their strawberry milk tea. The strawberry tea from here was very obviously just a poorly mixed power, where they didn't even add enough for there to be a good flavor. Disappointed.

I should have read these reviews before getting a tea here. Within 45 minutes I was puking in the parking lot. I’d normally treat it as a one off, but apparently the kitchen is known to be obviously dirty from other reviews.

Stopped in cause there isn’t many places in the area for boba. Mainly stopped in to support small business. I got a mango smoothie and lychee jelly. It was great and smooth. Owner was standoffish but said goodbye and thanked me for stopping in. The place is obviously dirty and has figurines (odd). Anyways, floor is so sticky I could hear myself stepping. You might come out with food poisoning maybe not. Overall not 100% awful.
