Terrible customer service. They cancel orders for no reason when they should very much still be open according to the hours shown on Google, and do not answer phones when they previously answered 5 minutes ago. Have had many issues with customer service at this location.

Bartender she did do her thing. Serving what she could. The only thing I wish it was with a smile. I understand busy and tired but still customer service. Drinks were amazing though. She still made them great!!!

This location served refried chicken wings from the day before... I strongly suggest that if they have food left over they register for the Too Good To Go app and sell it at a discount on the night that they cook the wings. I won't ever be back because I'm not spending $30 again for yesterday's wings when I can go to a soul food restaurant and spend $20 to $25 and get fresh made that same hour whole wings. This is not my first time there...wings were boodie both times.

David was our server tonight and he is absolutely amazing!! My husband and I hope he’s our server every time now. He’s very kind, interactive, and has us laughing the whole time! Never had better service. Above all this was super bowl night and he had our alcohol drinks out within 5 minutes of ordering fastest we’ve had at this location all because of David being on his game!

Went here recently. Some blonde employee they referred to as Ashley was there on the clock heavily drinking for hours... food was okay

BWW always has great food and great atmosphere. The wait staff here is very attentive, unlike my teenager.Most recent visit I tried the burger with bacon, it was awesome and I wish I tried it sooner.

Well over 10 empty tables, not a soul sitting at them and there is a 15 minute wait. Try to figure that out. I asked the greeter how could it be possible, with empty tables, there is a 15 minute wait? Do I need reservations to get seating without waiting? Heck, this place ain't a white tablecloth restaurant. All I got was "wwhhaaaaattttt?"

JJ on the night shift in central park location used my card and must paid for his meal too or gave his self a hell of a tip . NEVER USE YOUR CREDIT CARD IN THIS PLACE I LEARNED MY LESSON. HE NEED TO BE IN JAIL FOR FRAUD. ?
