The server was very good. The store staff who monitor tvs refused to change a TV to our desired channel and said they couldn't change it or change specific tvs -- so there was a 2 year old game on for ex. Finally they changed channels but then changed them again with 3 minutes left in the same.
Our part of the store was pretty empty.
Can you guess why perhaps.
Our poor server tried hard but was given the run around
May not choose to return.

I visited tonight and Kylie was my waitress. She was very knowledgeable and was able to provide us with all the answers we required. I would certainly recommend this location, particularly for groups smaller than seven.

Buffalo Wild Wings is a restaurant that combines service and food quality. While some servers may have attitude problems or seem disinterested, others, like Cristian and Mariah, provide attentive service that enhances the dining experience. Cristian received praise for his friendly and efficient service, impressing a party of 12 with his dedication. The food remains a highlight, featuring delicious all-you-can-eat wings and fantastic smash burgers. However, the prices for wings can be high, with almost $10 for just 6 wings, which some find small. There are also mixed reviews about appetizers; for example, the tots have received criticism for a nasty freezer taste. The menu has changed, with some beloved items like brisket tacos and brisket burger no longer available, leading to disappointment for some customers. Despite occasional mishaps, like finding a piece of hair in food, many enjoy the atmosphere, especially during NFL football games and trivia nights, where ordering all flat wings without fuss is appreciated.
