I can't believe it, they are working hard. There was a man with long hair, he was talking crossly, his face was sullen. I won't come to Albıfa again.

Don’t waste your time. This location couldn’t care less about how long they make you wait. Not to mention when you ask for a manager, they play games and don’t release any information or bother wearing name tags. Terrible reflection on the regional manager if there even is one….

The service was very slow through the drive through, several cars in front and behind me drove off after placing their order. I waited more then half an hour for my order.
So I was in line for like 15 mins LITERALLY and waited patiently. As I was waiting there was 5 of us inside and we all hear some white lady heavyset she tells her worker “stop taking drive thru right now because it’s too much” granted the drive thru was long but this is the reason why the same lady that says that then take her time to introduce herself to me and others waiting in the lobby, so about 21 mins passed ( and at this point I should’ve been left) but I still stand and she finally says I’ll be right with you so I nodded my head and said okay. Now we’re at 35-40mins still haven’t been taking care of meaning no order was taken. I have seen the reviews on here where others are going thru the samething I feel like this restaurant needs a REVIEW from Burger King itself or New Management becuase I never in my entire life wasted an hour in a fast food restaurant JUST NOT to get any food at all and as well be treated like a piece of anything! Seriously this is crazy and will be forwarding this to social media of what I went thru it’s unacceptable! And again today is 5/23/25 and I went there at 5:20 and just now leaving at 6:20pm and again this is all to me becuse of the heavy set white lady inside who was taking lobby orders and giving the employees directions/instructions

I worked fast food so I know the job is not that hard. This experience is the worst I had at this location. Sat in drive thru for more than 5 minutes without the car in front of me being acknowledged so I drove around and went inside. The woman taking my order was trying to rush me when typically they should be asking is there anything else. I ask for 2 orders with onion rings but was given fries instead so I know she wasn't listening. I absolutely hate BK fries they don't taste right. The staff should be trained better. I don't understand how the order can be wrong when it is not busy.
Make sure you check the meal before you leave because if they mess it up it’s your fault. No refunds no replacement unless you bring the item back next time even if it’s a month later.
Went to dine in and get off the highway but the inside is disgusting. Health department really needs visit this place . Nothing against burger king ,but this location is anything but acceptable. Drive to the next one you see , avoid this location
