Food is always spot on. Doesn't disappoint. The Southern Comfort bowl was amazing tonight!

I absolutely love HSK, both their sit down and food truck. Will and Maria are the epitome of cooking with heart and soul. I first took a bite of their cuisine around 2017. I grew up surrounded with Puerto Rican cuisine thanks to my godmother and since her passing in 2019, this is the only place even remotely comparable. Every bite of every dish is packed with flavor, fresh ingredients and warmth. Hands down one of my favorite places to eat of all time. Thank you 🤍

We got the burger and the torta, along with some fries and the hibiscus ginger tea. Everything was delish! And Will is super welcoming! We’ll definitely be back.
