They don't have anything professional, they charged my account for 2 honey mustards and they didn't come with my order of 2 double whoppers and they don't even put napkins or ketchup. They have to pay more attention to charging and not putting things in if it bothers them.

The fries were cold and because I had to get out of my car and go into the establishment, and request fresh fries they decided to dump as much salt on them as they possibly could, which made them not eat able. The manager was standing there and never offered up an apology and just continued to prep other orders before another worker decided to dump the fries after another complaint. The burger was also the worst I've ever had from BK needles to say if I'm ever in the area again I will not stop at this restaurant for a quick bite after shopping.

Ask for cheese, no cheese on several occasions. Why does this specific location never turn on the outside lights? It's dark in the parking lot and drive thru and you never know if they are open.
