Shane is absolutely the most amazing chef and owner! Our wedding was flawless and the food was absolutely amazing! I would have to say that the tasting was next level... all the hotel tasting was a bore! But the complexity and wide range of flavors that hit your palate from Shane's care is absolutely spectacular! You will not regret it! We also did our one year anniversary meal with Shane as well! :)

Caroline Street Catering is AMAZING. Chef Shane is very personable and is very reliable. My original caterer quit on me and Chef Shane was very accommodating and willing to help me with my budget. Our initial tasting was a lot of fun and everything tasted delicious. Our wedding guests loved the food and we went home with leftovers! I also rented linens from Caroline Street Catering and they were beautiful and affordable. Throughout the wedding process Chef Shane was understanding of changes I made and his staff was very professional, pleasant and well prepared.

WOW, I cannot say enough amazing things about Chef Shane and his team at Caroline Street Catering! We asked a lot of them and we received everything we wanted and more. We asked Chef Shane to create a menu of Korean food based on recipes and tasting tweaks while also incorporating some of his creative additions and a small portion of outside food. The food exceeded our expectations and our guests would not stop raving about the meal! We were told by multiple people that our wedding food was the best they have had at a wedding. On top of that, the service on the day of was exceptional. My husband and I kept hearing that we would not eat much on our wedding day so we should try to fit some snacks in. Let me tell you, this was not the case. A couple servers kept checking on us specifically to make sure we were fed and got to taste everything. We were brought cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres while we were taking photos and served a huge dish during dinner. Guests commented on the how lovely the servers and bartenders were and we were so pleased to hear that the excellent service was not just for us. Chef Shane was so easy to work with and we could trust that he would deliver every step of the way. We are so happy with our decision to hire Caroline Street Catering and I have full confidence they would make any other couple happy as can be on their wedding day!!!

I used Caroline Street Catering for my parent's 50th Anniversary Party. The food was excellent and very reasonably priced as compared to 3 other local catering companies in the area. Chef Shane was very flexible and executed my intent perfectly. Highly recommend.

Chef Shane and the team are amazing! We threw him a total curveball. We are really big fans of Korean culture and food, and we have a pretty extensive history with the food. So we were looking to have Korean food for our wedding day. Well… it was a bit more difficult than either of us anticipated. This is where Chef Shane stepped in. We found Shane through our wedding planner and asked him if there was any way for him to do Korean food. And he immediately jumped on it! He was overjoyed at the idea of doing something different than the standard Chicken, Beef and Veggie fair. Since, I had the pallet for Korean, and he had the cooking expertise, we collaborated, had tastings, tweaks, and developed a Korean fusion feast that was the rave of the night. We even had the approval from our native Korean friends, who raved about the food. In conclusion, Caroline Street Catering's food and dinner service was the star of our wedding.
