Shane is absolutely the most amazing chef and owner! Our wedding was flawless and the food was absolutely amazing! I would have to say that the tasting was next level... all the hotel tasting was a bore! But the complexity and wide range of flavors that hit your palate from Shane's care is absolutely spectacular! You will not regret it! We also did our one year anniversary meal with Shane as well! :)

Caroline Street Catering is AMAZING. Chef Shane is very personable and is very reliable. My original caterer quit on me and Chef Shane was very accommodating and willing to help me with my budget. WOW, I cannot say enough amazing things about Chef Shane and his team at Caroline Street Catering! We asked a lot of them and we received everything we wanted and more.
