i went a few days ago and was helped by elijah. he was so sweet and helpful! the food was so yummy as well! i loved the sweet tea! ☺️ elijah definitely deserves a raise, great customer service! i will be coming back!

Good place for a quick bite. Ample parking spaces available. Restaurant was open at 10 am and enough persons were there to assist. Great customer service. Spicy chicken biscuits and spicy chicken sandwiches were delicious. Wait time to order was less than 10 minutes and got the order also within 10 minutes.

I always stop here when I’m traveling up north. This is like my pit stop, coming and going. Love stopping in Fredericksburg Virginia to get food, fill up the tank, and of course use restroom, and then off we go.

The service was good, employees very nice ! This review isn’t about them ! The food was the only problem 😭 We got several Small fries and they all came out Veryy burnt, no salt, no flavor. Also saw some hair on some when picking through the fries. Chicken sandwich was burnt and overcooked as well as dry. There wasn’t much flavor for that either. The sweet tea wasn’t sweet at all. Even the ice cream tasted off. Idk if it was simply the time I went (it was normal dinner time, between 5:00-7:00pm) I wanted to ask them for new fries but felt bad so I just threw them away. I go to chick fil a a lot tho, A LOT, and this quality is not chick fil A quality. Pun intended. I appreciate the employees, I just would like more effort ! Please review this and consider !

Lines horrible

Hands down the best experience I’ve had at a chick fil a. My buddies and I were on a roadtrip and had to stop here to use the bathroom. Not even three steps into the establishment we are greeted like we just arrived at a 5 star restaurant. When we finished using the bathroom we were asked by the manager if we were interested in a meal. We all agreed that we were all hungry and decided to indulge. We were greeted with pleasant service by the cashiers and they made sure we got our meals in the quickest way possible. I ordered a meal with fries and these fries were a blessing from god himself. Crispy. Golden brown. Salted perfectly. Soft on the inside. After I was finished my friends and I talked about this chick fil a location for a bout an hour. I wish nothing but the best for this location. Absolute gem.

Went at 7:45pm mall closes at 9. Employees looked directly at me , ignored me and continued their conversation. I sat there for like 5 minutes and they completely ignored me. Terrible service.
