Brought my family after the football and soccer practice and I definitely have to say this was hands down the best experience we have had in MANY years!!! The team lead Charnice was absolutely accommodating to not only ANYTHING we needed but was super sweet!!! She definitely needs a raise of promotion!!!! DEFINITELY KEEP HER!!!
Just ran through drive thru for medium sweet tea, it was hot outside route 3 was getting very busy needed to head home. Pulled off realized either they changed cup sizes or someone grabbed wrong size that was not a medium size cup but I had enough of heat and traffic went home but I will be back they always have good sweet tea , one of few places I go to , great chicken sandwich.
Chick-fil-A used to be a great place to get good chicken at a good price, in a good atmosphere. But now it's sub par food choices, customer service is not as happy and attentive as they used to be and your order may not be right once u get to the end to receive your food. All in all they can step up their service a little bit to accommodate the customer having to pay as much as we do.
