My online orders get messed up constantly at this location. I’d say out of the maybe 10 times I order from the app during the year, my order is wrong half of those times. Unfortunately, unless I open the food in the restaurant I don’t usually know this until I am already at home. Seeing that it is online and the whole order is written out and can be read line by line, I find it to be pretty frustrating that there’s only a 50% chance my order is correct. In the app all they...

Good food BUT OVERPRICED. I only went here because there is no Moe's in Fredericksburg. At Moe's you get free chips, larger portions, a salsa bar, and ITS MUCH MORE REASONABLY PRICED.

A burrito, chips, and a drink should not be $20 before a tip even in this economy.

The staff were extremely rude. Despite me being a high regular as a chipotle app orderer...when dining in I was treated very poorly. So poorly other customers were approaching me about the situation. I have been dining at Chipotle for the past 20+years weekly. I will no longer be going to this location. The restaurant itself is also kept very unclean.
