Got food poisoning for the first time in years eating here, and looking at the reviews, I'm definitely not the only one. The portions are also very meager, especially for the price but if you get sick like me or my coworkers did, then the small portions may actually be a blessing in disguise!

I went there last Sunday night and I am a chipotle lover. This was most disgusting location that I have ever seen in my life. The food was hours old, the main counter was full of old food, the employees were rude and didn't care about the content of the food. This location needs to be closed for a health code violation. And my husband and I were sick on the toilet for the entire night.

POOR management skills 0.00% - Katya; POOR customer service skills 0.00% - Jayde, afraid to say "Thank you" after transaction, instead she pushes the bag towards me and mumbles "mmmhmm"! I asked for manager [Katya], and shared the experience before leaving the store. Her reply, "it was her way of saying thank you"!! I had to ask her twice if she heard what she just spewed to me. Unbelievable and unfortunate, that customer service skills and manners are not followed at this Gateway, Fredericksburg VA location, especially by management, who should be LEADING the way. The big issue for me is this is the third time I’ve had hair in my food from this Chipotle. The staff does Half portions of everything, restaurant is dirty, and I always get charged the wrong amount. Management needs to do better because $18 for a bowl with just chicken isn’t right.

Got take out and got in my car to find that my bowl wasn’t even filled halfway. Really stingy on portion sizes, or at least inconsistent. My husband’s bowl was three times heavier than mine. His was $9 and I paid over $14 for this bowl. For that price, I would’ve expected to receive a reasonable amount of food.

The hours listed on here and on their automated system says 11PM for closing! Not 1035, not 1040! I usually do not go to this location but because it's the closest location to me I went. Waste of time and gas! Then you can't speak to anyone on the phone at this location. Will be contacting corporate!

I was looking forward to having chipotle all day. When I got there the line was so dirty, I should’ve just left at that point. Anyways I ordered a burrito and looking at the guy assemble my burrito gave me the ick, as everything was so so messy. He wrapped my burrito horribly and it was also cold? The rice seemed like it was cooked well, the tortilla tasted awful. Retrain your employees to be more sanitary, the line should not be that messy.

The area’s best Chipotle for ordering pickup, hands down. No delays and rarely any problems. People there are nice and helpful. Probably why you will find Stafford’s (Sheriff) finest there every now and again. ?

Online it says they close @11pm I was here recently at about 10:40pm and they all seemed so annoyed that I was here .Anyway tonight I pulled up @10:30 & a worker ran and locked the door as I walked up! Told me they closed @10:30. I asked when he said he didn’t know he was new .Anyway won’t be back to this location!

This was horrible! I tired to give this chipotle a chance! Always listen to your first instinct guys! Something told me don't do it but I did. I looked at the food and it looked fresh when I ordered it in person. But I was highly disappointed and felt sick afterwards. As soon as I started eating it I immediately felt sick after a few minutes! My stomach started hurting. I ended up throwing the whole meal away!! I'm so mad I wasted my money!!!
