Bad service, they put up a trampoline that you have to pay extra for if you want to use it and they take the children down if they get on it and the one there is so bad at talking. almost nothing works and the food is very bad
This is by far the cleanest Chuck E Cheese I’ve visited and I’ve been to a few! The employees were so friendly and helpful. The pizza was great and the wings were pretty good too! My 5 year old was celebrating birthday and she had a blast! We went in the afternoon on a Wednesday and it wasn’t crowded at all. We definitely will visit again!
Pros: clean, not crowded when we went on a saturday, fun for kids. I didn't see anyone actually cleaning the games but they were sweeping, taking out trash, etc.
Cons: Service was terrible. We stopped at the ticket counter for 10 minutes before someone came out of the back to help us (it was not busy). Some games weren't working properly. Also, the jump zone costs extra. The sign to enter the jump zone doesnt say that, it says you just need non slip...
