Came to the store in the Spotsylvania Town Centre Saturday 8/16/25 to get the 4pk cinnamon buns and 4 raspberry drinks. We wasn't aware of that our order wasn't going to be warmed but it was already pre made which wasn't told to us until after we paid. Then we asked to have the buns warmed up and the worker mentioned that they couldn't do that after we spent $37.23. We will not be returning due to this place not even accommodating us after spending the amount we spent. We walked away very unhappy š.

So our first time visiting this place, thought it smelled pretty good. Thought weād enjoy it well upon us walking down through the mall and getting to the kids play area. My daughter was eating some cinnamon bun bites and noticed something crawling in her cinnamon. I grabbed it up right away walked back to the cinnamon bun place while I was walking there my daughter said oh thereās a hair in one of them too so just to let you all know that youāre not only buying cinnamon buns, but thereās cinnamon bun mix has live bugs crawling around in them. I will attach a picture. I approached the cashier. She didnāt seem to care. I approached out loud asking for a manager again, telling everybody that thereās bugs in their food wrote a note to the store owner and all I get back is Iāll check when I get to the store later so if you would like bugs in your food and paying for the bugs that you can get for free outside, and I would consider you all going back to cinnamon bun and getting some more bugs I will attach a picture you have to zoom in on it and you will see the blackhead clear looking like larva bug I shouldāve videoed it, but instead, I took a picture. Trying to find where I can attach a picture, but I donāt see it, but I do have a picture of a brown headed larvae moving around in a cinnamon and a stored. It didnāt seem to care nor does the owner.

Literally just stepped away from the counter. So I typically buy a box of Cinnabons. For whatever reason, I decided to check the date this particular time. I noticed on ALL of the boxes of premade Cinnabons had the 6th and the 5th marked on them. So essentially all of the boxes were two days old and the one box was one day old. To my knowledge every Cinnabon was not allowed to sell even one day old items especially at the ORIGINAL price. So I refuse to buy the two day old and a one day old Cinnabons. One of the employee said they will pull me some from the back. He goes to the back, takes a black sharpie marks todayās date on a boxā¦ How do I know??? Because he quickly put it in the bag without asking if I still wanted then. The black ink smeared on the bag. So not only did I almost buy 2 day old Cinnabonsā¦ the customer service was as old as the 2 day old Cinnabons I am so discussed! Where is good customer service and honesty these days? Yes, itās just a Cinnabon however, Iām starting to see less than satisfactory service. No matter where I go. And itās annoying!

Very rude worker took my order never gave got my order waited on 5 people before me than tried to retake my order asked for a manager information employee stated not allowed to give information or could they give their own name as tomorrow I will be calling back to report the very rude staff member and ask for a refund which employee didnāt know how to do

The mochalotta was scrumptious! The cinnabon was spectacular:^) hubby said the girl was very nice.
