They really make the ice cream experience wonderful. You feel so welcome in the store and the flavors are amazing. I love the cheesecake ice cream with Reese pieces and chocolate chips. 🙂 my husband loves the cake batter milk shake. Prices are wonderful and you get your money's worth.
Amazing service! Gave them a 30 minute heads up that I was being 71 students to this location. The staff patiently and quickly worked through the group. Even with other regular customers coming and going we were in and out in 35 minutes. That’s incredible work for a group of this size.
Location was clean, ice cream was great and service was excellent. Multiple staff members greeted us and were ready to help. If I could give those team members a raise I would. Most other Cold Stone locations the service is very slow and not welcoming. Not at this location. Everything was top notch.
