I got these cupcakes for my son’s cousin who has allergies. I always feel bad because he can never eat what the other kids have, so it was really nice finding something that’s dairy-free and egg-free. The frosting was awesome and not too sugary, and the other kids enjoyed them too!

Every year for my daughter’s birthday I try to bake her a cake, and every year it comes out looking like it survived a hurricane because her mama ain’t no baker and on top of that she is severely lactose intolerant.
