We booked Cork & Table as our rehearsal dinner venue for our wedding in Fredericksburg this October, and I could not have been happier! Jim was so incredibly helpful. He adapted the menu to everyone's dietary needs, and worked with me on wine choices and realistic budget numbers. Day of, everyone on staff was beyond helpful and professional. Nice quiet atmosphere. Good variety within the courses. Portion sizes were on the small side which is not a negative - was able to enjoy each course without feeling stuffed. My petty negative - what's with the paper napkins? Overall a nice experience.
We had the pleasure of dining at Cork and Table for our anniversary, and it truly made the evening special. We both chose the four-course meal, which gave us the chance to try dishes we wouldn’t normally order. For example, I went with the Puree of Roast Parsnips for my soup, something I’d never tried before, but our server mentioned it was her favorite, so we gave it a shot. It was delicious!
