It was a great day there. The food was fresh only bad thing that really happens. I ordered breakfast and yes, it was lunchtime and they brought my food to me. They informed me no biscuits for at least 11 minutes, but overall, it was good. My waitress was amazing.
I had to wait almost an hour to get my food after I was seated. They did seem to be a bit short staffed, but also saw some servers on their phones. One of the servers were busy trying to take care of customers. I think the manager needs to reassess some training issues with his servers.
I had breakfast here on a Friday morning. My cutlery and Coke glass was dirty. The country fried steak was pretty thick and tender, but it was topped with an inch high pile of the sawmill gravy. It looked, tasted, and had the texture of wallpaper paste. Super bland. My server was inattentive and needed reminders about ketchup and refills. Food also took too long to come out.
