The driver Rexford was delivering my pizza he was one minute away then he ended up 9 minutes away and then 4 minutes away finally he delivered my pizza did not give me my 2 L or my blue cheese cup I called the store spoke with this person who sounded like they were half dead put me on hold for 6 minutes I called back asked to speak to a manager the guy says we can do one of two things we can either give you a credit or you'll have to wait 35 to 40 minutes for your 2 L and your blue cheese cup well no I just paid almost 50 some dollars for my order and now I can't eat it because I have to wait another 40 minutes for my 2 liter of Coke he says that's best I can do do better Domino's I will never order from there again
Hours are wrong on google. “Carry out closed an hour ago” when I called at 11, google says the store is open until 12.

The white person with the glasses is so rude. When I was ordering on the phone, he tried to hung up on me and once in the store he was acting unprofessionally.

Put in order at 6:45pm, took 30 minutes just to get past prep. Took another 30 minutes just to actually get the 2 pizzas delivered. Absolutely ridiculous.
We ordered from this place twice and both times they got our order wrong. I would recommend ordering from any other place.

Placed order online said would be 27 min. Pizza tracker had my pizza out of the oven at 645... 800 pizza gets to my door cold and old. I called the store to check on the order after a hour has passed and their response was they are short staffed.... really... Do better..

This is the second time I have ordered pizza at this Dominos and the order was completely and totally wrong. When it was brought out to me, I asked if the order was in my name and I was told yes. I can understand getting an order wrong but the solution last time from corporate was one free pizza. I spent more than $50 for someone else’s order. Why didn’t I notice that it was short a pizza or had the wrong type of boxes? The order had the similar number of stacked boxes as I was expecting.
Website site said delivered at 12:44pm, didn't arrive until 1:17pm...it was not fresh, the crust was chewy and not enjoyable. I'm completely disappointed with the food that arrived. I tipped 20% ahead of time, never again.!

Manager Ryan was yelling at me on the phone today about an order that the call center got wrong. He was yelling at me because I said I wanted to marinara sauces with my cheesy bread two marinara dip so he would not make it right and send me out the two sauces to go with my cheesy bread. He kept yelling at me I've never had a manager yell at me in my life unbelievable this customer service was the worst I've ever had I will never go to this location again or Domino's for that fact.

I ordered a pizza,with no sauce, for my grandson who does not eat red sauce. I drove down to pick up the pizza, get home…sauce. I check my receipt; it clearly says in big black letters, NO SAUCE. I drive back to Domino’s, go in and tell them they put sauce on it and hand the lady at the register the pizza and receipt. You can clearly see now where a bit of cheese is pulled back, there is sauce on the pizza. She stares at the pizza and then at the receipt back and forth for about 30 seconds. I pointed to “NO SAUCE” on the receipt, she says oh okay and yells for the manager. He comes up, takes the receipt, puts it on the counter and does the SAME thing, starts staring at the pizza and then the receipt. Finally he yells for someone to make another one with no sauce. Then just says it will be about 7 minutes, no “sorry about that” we apologize, nothing.
I go to my car and wait about 10 mins, to give them a lil extra time. I go back inside to get the pizza and I overhear the guy next to the pizza oven saying he thinks they gave it to the delivery guy that I just passed as I was coming back inside. He searches and even looks in the oven … bigger than ish they gave it to the driver. The chubby blonde employee apparently thought me wasting my time and gas because they can’t get a pizza right, was so funny. I didn’t think so. They had to make it a third time, the first male manager left/went home while I was waiting so the new manager brings it out and gives an extremely insincere “Sorry bout that, have a good night.” Incompetent and zero customer service.

I’ve only had a few problems with my order here, and that’s over many, many years. Employees are always helpful!

Kid-friendliness: They have a stool for your little-one to stand on and watch them make everything!

I ordered pizza in app and went in when it showed was ready,told my name and stood at the corner where the pizza stack is kept inside,there is no halfdoor,blocking nothing.The guy(seems manager) who handed over me pizza rudely said I shouldn't enter and that's why there is a piece of paper stuck -employees only some where on wall.First thing I didn't go in and I extended my hand when he gave me pizza.
I didn't say a word,and left.I shouldn't have.But I felt bad and knew any food made by this dirty mind will not be good.
I wasn't wrong Pizza was extremely salty,looks like they forgot to add salt in dove and sprinkled salt on top after it's made.I wouldn't feed that to kids.None of us could go beyond a piece and we trashed it.I don't need another pizza even free from this dirty mind and hand and would never return.

I ordered a pizza Saturday around 12. When I went to eat the pizza it was burnt, I took a photo, and then called the store. Manager proceeded to argue with me that it's a "char", not burnt, that I will not receive another corrected pizza. He refused to provide me his name, and when I said I was coming to the store to obtain it and to tell other customers about my experience he said he would call the police!
I called the police myself, had them meet me there, and got in a whole argument with most employees over this managers name and my burnt pizza.
This was unnecessary and crazy! The police over a burnt pizza? I never got my pizza, and honestly after this level of customer service I don't think I'll shop at dominos again.

I accidentally for some stupid reason ordered a pickup from this location in Courthouse Road when I live in Ruther Glen Brian the manager was kind enough to cancel my order and refund my money that means a lot to me if I'm ever in that area you definitely have our business thank you so much Brian keep up the great work
