Domino's Pizza in Fredericksburg

“I didn’t have any way of not choosing carside delivery that I could see when ordering and I did not leave a tip because I planned to go in but when We drove right up to the side of the store and I planned to hop out, a kind smiling person named Sam handed me our 3 pizzas. He was so nice and I asked for his name so I could go online to give him and his service a positive review. I hope you all know his worth and appreciate him as much as I do. “I typically don’t leave reviews on chained restaurants But I need to commend the excellent customer service I received from the store yesterday. Matt, the general manager called to inform me that my delivery was running a little bit behind Even even though it showed up on time. No restaurant in My 35 years of being alive has taken the extra step to keep me informed of a delay. The delivery driver JEFF was amazing and so kind. We just moved into our home, not too long ago and have yet to get lights for our driveway that is a little long, I felt horrible. Our delivery came earlier than expected. I will most definitely be ordering from the tidewater trail store again !“

“6/19/26 shout out to the crew working today, I ordered a large pepperoni for take out, it was PERFECT 👌 👍, It had slightly dark, bubbles had the perfect char on them, pizza wasn't doughy, lots of that garlic butter on the crust !! 😀 it has been a few months since I ordered from this location, and I was not disappointed! The staff was very nice as well! I hope you guys keep this standard going, I will be back, hope for another perfect pie! 👌“

“I just want to say I just had at least top three of pizzas I've ever eaten from Domino's the girl that cooked it Abi, was so polite when I called her about my pizza of being late I will tell you this very very worth the wait. Thank you Abi it was awesome. You can cook our pizza anytime..

“It's Domino's, so there's no atmosphere.

My biggest complaint isn't with the specific location I normally order from. My biggest complaint is the disconnect between the time claimed in the app and when you might actually see your food. For delivery, it's always off at least 20+ minutes and as many as two hours.

The food is the food. Domino's is much better than it was 15 years ago. My old location kept delivering my food to the wrong address.“

“We were having technical issues placing our order online. We drove to the establishment and Amir was patient, understanding, and walked us through how to place our order online. Jenna prepared our order for us. She had such a pleasant demeanor and with a smile:)“
