Brisket was exactly what I hoped it would be. Meats done right, Mr. Dove DID THAT! My wife is a native Texan, and bbq is serious there. I don’t think there is a person in town doing what he’s doing. If the food cost seems high to you, consider the quality! This isn’t some “slapped together and call it mine” deal. This is real BBQ, real conversations, with a real dude. I’m gonna be back as soon as I finish this plate!
Mmmfff I tell you what cant go wrong with a pork belly sandwich there, thing is i wasnt expecting the powerful kick they give u, very hot, they gave me a lot of meat, was very kind, awesome people, definitely would go here if anyone aint tried there food

Superb!!! Bad to the bone!! (Definitely not a pun! Accurate!!) I know my bbq. I’m from the South. I’m 66 years old. Without a doubt some of the best bbq I’ve EVER put in my mouth!!!👍🏻👍🏻
