Not only is the food delicious (my kids ask them more than I'd like to admit) but the staff is extremely kind. I made a mistake, took my frustrations out on them over the phone. I thought my order went through online but it didn't. After calling to apologize and own my mistake, he was so kind to continue to placing my order properly. I do understand businesses want money but they have the right to refuse service for any reason including their own respect.
My husband and I had a wonderful meal at Dragon Inn. We have been dining and ordering takeout for 20 years and have never been disappointed. Tonight I had Tripple Delight and it was wonderful. This is the best Chinese food in Fredericksburg hands down. The restaurant has been here for many years and has a sizable dining room with great service and a menu that seems very authentic. I rarely have to wait for a table and they do a lot of carryout which leaves the dining room open sufficiently to minimize waiting.
