Just got a donut and coffee from here the cold brew was great however the donut tasted stale as if it's been sitting out for hours they should be charging half price for donuts after a certain time because these are pretty much garbage.

Came at 5pm on a monday,
Ordered a hot coffee.
They gave me an iced coffee in a hot coffee cup.
I did not want to spend 25 minutes waiting for a coffee. But I had to today. And then they made it wrong the second time.
Not even worth waiting for a third drink.
I've never left a dunkin in such an awful mood.
The staff was nice enough.
Although making coffee is not their forte.

I usually don't leave reviews, but wow. I stopped by this Dunkin' yesterday wanting to try to new BR side, and instead I was met with slow service. The guy behind the counter with curly hair and a red jacket on was extremely slow. No urgency, no eye contact, just aimless wandering between tasks.
It took fifteen minutes for me to get a single milkshake and there wasn’t even anyone in front of me. The only reason anything got done was because of his other coworkers, who were clearly busy with drive through. One had to jump in and finish my shake. They got that done real quick and cleaned up the mess he was making. I felt bad for them.
If this location wants to keep customers, they need to rethink who’s behind that counter.

The staff here are SO RUDE. I have never had bad service here, it’s all just been horrible. My order is always wrong. I order a sandwich with bacon and cheese and no matter how many times I emphasise DARK TOASTED, the cheese is always COLD. How hard can it be?

Avoid this Dunkin!! Came in on 2/17 and experienced the slowest service ever from a lightskin male worker with curly hair and glasses. Absolutely unacceptable, almost waited 15 mins for a single drink….used to be my fav spot but the service has became disappointing.

Hello, due to my experience at this Dunkin location i believe it should be brought to attention that the working conditions and atmosphere of the establishment are absolutely atrocious. I went to this location on 2/1/2025 and witnessed a seemingly teenage girl being yelled at and berated by the managerial staff, on top of that the customer service was terrible and it was my first time there. An employee with purple hair gave me consistent attitude and my food wasn’t even good!! Genuinely sending my prayers out to the employees, on the other hand this establishment NEEDS new management from what I saw.

I go here ALL the time for coffee and it’s amazing each time, today they messed up my order 3 times and it’s a specific milky color and sooo sweet but I got bitter and really dark looking coffee but thankfully it was remade until we got it right, I’m a server so I know you either get annoyed or anxious when someone complains ab their order and I always hate asking when somethings wrong with mine but I’m so glad they handled it well and remade my order the 3 times, I was rushing to work but needed my coffee for this 10hr shift so I’m so happy they remade it and didn’t throw it at me and told me to leave, they were so professional and sweet maybe a bit annoyed but I would be too if someone did that I get it, but THANK YOU GUYSSS FOR THE COFFEEE I love y’all, don’t hate me HAHA and that entrance door swings open way to far and hits the wall so loud that’s the only reason I do drive thru HAHA

I was there earlier and i saw the manager screaming at what looked like a highschool student and putting her hands towards her face. It seems like a toxic work environment and the general manager was no where to be seen. It made a really uncomfortable and concerning experience as a customer. The food and drink were just okay.

I go to this location because it’s right by my house. Some days they are really good and other days it’s the customer service, anyway When you are giving any type of food item. PUT NAPKINS IN THE BAG!!!! Then when you ask for napkins they look at you like you’re crazy.
