Be very mindful coming to this Dunkin especially if you order ahead. I’m not sure if it’s new hires but I can order my drink literally 2 seconds before pulling into the line by the time I get to the window it’s already watered down. I would advise you to taste your drink before pulling off because each time I come there it tastes completely different.

Customer service is horrible. I ordered a dozen donuts and the employee gets the box and then just stares at me. No interaction no words exchanged. I'll drive an extra 5 miles to Krispy Kreme next time.

With so many of these locations popping up and one only a few miles from this location you would think that customer service would be high in there list. But no it's not. This is my 5th time giving them another chance. One star because the food is the same and basic. Not a special thing. One star because the customer service is poor. Very poor. I'm moving on to the next location.

Was just passing through on the way to Myrtle Beach with some friends and all I got was a refresher drink but the drink was correctly made and the staff was friendly!

I don't know why this dunkin' is not taking our order when we arrived at their store. I understand that they were about to close but it's not like we arrived 5 mins prior to closing. We arrived 15-20 mins . Nobody was saying anything in the drive through . When we drove to the window, no one even came to greet us. What kind of sh*t is that. They looked at us and kept walking . What a sh*tty way to do business. I will still be loyal to dunkin', just not this one. They don't care about my business nor their jobs.
I ordered one crosont with egg n chees only and requested the person making, to change her gloves bcause of my relidious concerns.Basic reason for this was not to touch any type of meat specialy bakin, pork etc. She did change gloves but kept on touching meat items while preparing my sandwitch. On my objecting to it none of the staff member accomodated me by preparing new sandwitch or offering refund resultantly, I had to leave the sandwitch on counter as a gift to that lady who did not honor my request. Highly irresponsible attitude of the staff. It was on Sunday ie 07/9/2023 arround 7:15 am.

This place is always busy,the line dies down as it gets later in the day.Stays busy from the time they open til about 830am,but line moves right along.
Very disappointed in this dunkin. They refused to refill my own cup i brought in with me. Every dunkin i have been to will refill cup and its cheaper having your own cup. Will not do business with this dunkin again

The older lady at the counter is the most unfriendly counter person I've ever dealt with, never hello, never how can I help you, nothing. She just stood there not even looking at me. I started telling her what I wanted, placed the donuts in the box, pointed to the credit card reader, I paid and again nothing. Not thank you, not come see us again, nothing. The sad part is I have experienced this before, but my granddaughter said let's stop at this one. I usually go 2 miles down 17 to the new Dunkin by Arby's. Never had an issue at that location. You know where I'll be going from now on.

Hmmm it is open till 9pm, but when I went there to get a latte at 8:40pm I was told that the machine is off for cleaning… that’s not good!
