We stopped here on our way back home to Florida. 1 female employee locked herself in the restroom and refused to answer anyone asking if she was ok. We knew she was in there. Just left here coworker stranded with a lobby full of people. I should've called 911.

worst service with storeas a customer i went to buy hot latte in drive through. i was reach in speaker like 8.45pm and i was waiting for someone take my order. but no response from crew member. even i was called guys anyone take my order . are you open . they don’t answer at all . then i reach to windows 8.55pm no one want take my order. then one crew member came and she open window. and went to inside to inform someone. but next person didn’t want take my order. crew was told many time . one car at window. but she don’t want pay attention. or take my order . afterwords crew take my order she made my drink ( latte ) and she cash out . in these whole time one crew had headset. want i am thinking they do like that with every customer. i saw they look like that . why i went to that store for buy hot latte . if anyone read my this review. please give proper training to your cree or what ever. what ever i am seeing this is not crew members falt . that is poor Management and poor customer service. worst service in my life with this dunkin store .

I'm from PA move new trucks for a living..Stopped there Thurs night around 7pm..Well before closing..And what horrible service..Will avoid this one next time up and down 95... This is a problem with a lot of dd now and other businesses too..Owners must be trash to because they do nothing to fix it.Yeah, that's right you read..You Employee's are trash and so are you owner..

Sesame bagels were not really toasted and were stale... out of hot chocolate on a Wednesday morning. At least the coffee was hot.

The slowest Dunkin you will ever go to. You’ll have 3 cars in front of you and sit for 20 mins. It’s ridiculous. There’s no reason for it to take THAT long.

I just left my local Dunkin’ Donuts drive-through. I had a simple order, large, iced coffee, one cream, one liquid, sugar, light ice. The young lady at the window returns, put the cup on the counter and tells me what cost of my order is. I look at the cup and ask her if it’s light ice and she says yes. The young lady passes me my cup, and I immediately noticed it’s Halfway full of ice. I pass it back to her and say I asked for light ice, that’s halfway full of ice. She grabs the cup looks at it, then looks at me, and then turn around to speak to another employee. The employee looks at me and shakes her head. She’s at the cop and set it down. The young lady serving me goes and makes a new cup of coffee, returns to the window with attitude. They could’ve just poured my drink with way less Ice. The attitude was unnecessary. My request was clear and specific. I didn’t want a four plus dollar cup of ice.

As i stood inside the empty store I was told they are only accepting mobile ordets and drive thru only. They had 2 females working who didnt acknowledge me when I walked in, and literally told me they wouldn't help me inside. What kind of customer serive is this!?!?! To be fair the 2 cars in the drive thru must be overwhelming......
