I just left my local Dunkin’ Donuts drive-through. I had a simple order, large, iced coffee, one cream, one liquid, sugar, light ice. The young lady at the window returns, put the cup on the counter and tells me what cost of my order is. I look at the cup and ask her if it’s light ice and she says yes. Mrs. "The Best" here.... I was at the drive-thru and ordered my latte today. I always get a sugar-free vanilla with Splenda. I noticed that the young lady took the time to add the Splenda in and mix it before handing it to me. I thanked her and told her it was kind of her. She didn't have to do that extra step. They did have a line of cars, so she could have just handed me the things.

Several days ago about mid morning I thought I would stop by to pick up 3 dozen donuts for some hospital employees. I asked the cashier was the donut s fresh and she informed me this is all they have. I asked her again but are they fresh? and again she said this is all we got and would not be getting any more until the truck comes tomorrow morning. I found this to be odd. All she had to say was yes there fresh or no there not. To make a long story short I left without the donuts!
