Took a wrong turn but found this place and gave it a try. The chips and salsa tell you everything you need to know and we should’ve departed but we stayed. The chips had zero salt and were borderline stale. The salsa was like tomato sauce with a few onions and pieces of cilantro thrown in. Recently moved into the area and decided to get some dinner. My husband chose this restaurant and we had an amazing meal!!! I got the mariscada Mexicana which the cook accidentally put the rice in the soup instead of the side (which I had no issue with) but my waiter still brought me rice on the side! Very considerate! I’ve dined here once years ago and order takeout multiple times since then and have yet to be disappointed. My current staple order is the carne asada fries and melon agua fresca. The fries taste amazing and remind me of living of quick dinners at family owned food trucks in Arizona and California, the agua fresca reminds me of my favorite spot in Yuma and tastes very similar to Frutas y Postres Las Consentidas frescas. Truly just brings me back each time, good portions...
