I normally try to go to locally owned and operated establishments and avoid franchises, but I'm on the road and picked Firebirds from a Google search. Well Google didn't stear me wrong. Firebirds is a very nice establishment with good atmosphere, good food, and a good selection at the bar. I had the Durango Burger with tots on the side. I would recommend giving it a try.

Teal is the best server we have had. She is a wonderful person and hard working. We just love her. Thank you Teal for always doing such a great job. You are very appreciated. Firebirds is our favorite restaurant not because of the food but because of you as well.

Really enjoyable dinner at Firebirds Fredericksburg. Taylor was fantastic. She was incredibly attentive and took great care of us, including all the little things that make a difference. The Three-Course Dinner Menu was a great value, and my filet was cooked perfectly. We had a great time, and Taylor really made the experience. Can’t wait to go back.
