Rivers End - An exceptional culinary experience that is unfortunately hindered by front-of-house service delays. The kitchen, driven by owners Paul and Emma, delivers precision, high-end dishes, and the mixologists craft truly fantastic drinks. However, the wait staff remains the primary weak point of this establishment. Waiting 25 minutes for a drink is unacceptable, and the team needs to take greater ownership instead of offering excuses during busy periods like Restaurant Week....
Very friendly atmosphere spearheaded by the host. Food freshness is exactly just that.
So far my favorite is the Lox (can't go wrong). Tried the pastrami on rye and it wasn't hitting on all cylinders (can & did go wrong). To the G-Team: less fat, more meat and FGS change the bread. Soggy pastrami sandwiches...Ugh.
Don't let me forget mentioning the sides. Make sure you get some. They won't disappoint.

Just ordered lunch for the office today and had the Reuben and soup of the day. Incredible flavor, bread was fresh and I'm already planning when I can eat it again. They are downtown Fredericksburg so, a lunch date is in the cards. Will visit in person next!
