The store is nasty. Dirt behind the doors and on floor. The condiment section not filled. No napkins, cup tops available. My thought was if the dining area is nasty the cooking area is nasty. They need to fire the manager for allowing this store to look like this. They need a manager that has pride in the appearance of the store. I suggest you do not eat at this location.

I've eaten at pretty much every food place..(not proud just,honest) and the Sausage and Gravy Biscuits are definitely the best. My son & hubby are addicted to the Monster burger.
Hit the drive thru, nobody was in line ahead of me. Order was promptly taken. However, then I pulled around, and for several minutes no one came to the window. Not to take money, let me know the status of the order, no acknowledgement whatsoever. I could see a worker standing behind the counter for the dine in, which appeared unoccupied, but they weren't doing anything, they didn't even move, didn't talk, just stood there. I drove off, went to get my lunch elsewhere. By that time there were 4 cars behind me, so orders had to have been taken.

I just went through the drive-thru, so I don't know what the atmosphere would be like inside.Aside from me being too tired and sore to notice that I was misheard about how many chicken tenders I wanted, it was a wonderful fast food experience. Remember, folks, when you give kindness, you're more likely to have it returned, especially when working with food industry workers. The chicken was fresh, tho the fries were a bit cooler than I was expecting. The chicken blt was amazing and filing with my fries. My husband enjoyed his chicken tenders, and we're both grateful that we only paid for what we were given.I had asked for a five piece tender meal but got, and paid for, a 3 piece, so while a little sad at the misunderstanding, we're overall very pleased with our experience at this Hardee's. ? Will definitely be returning for more at a later date, tho hopefully next time, I won't be too sore and tired to double check before leaving the order board. Lol.
Always solid. I cant give the food 5 stars because fast food isn't 5 star food! Lol.. but the food here has always been solid and the people have always been wonderful!

11/2 7pm front employee always polite I’m a truck driver and I have been here a few times in the last few months and he’s always nice and polite but this time I really appreciated the fact he dumped old fries and served fresh ones. Doesn’t sound like much but too many times I have experienced careless employees at fast food chains that are just there for pay and don’t care about the customer so I have to appreciate stellar customer service when I experience it. Definitely deserves a raise. Also the burger and ingredients were fresh , my meal was also made by a familiar face I apologize for not knowing names but these two employees deserve recognition and a raise.

11/07/23 We ate breakfast at your restaurants. The biscuit and gravy was very good but the coffee was awful it was the last cup from the dispenser. I had to wait for fresh coffee to be made. The egg, bacon and cheese was greasy the bacon was nothing but a sliver and the overall taste was disappointing.07
