Mangers are to careless all they care about is themselves yelled at you when you take the wrong order or even make simple mistake I was once a graveyard server over there but my last day was last week Thursday ever working there terrible communication skills I told the manger Wayne, and Amanda about me leaving early around 5:00AM because my husband has to be at work by 6 and we don't have Nobody to watch our kids.Wayne and Amanda got mad at me for that. Morning people don't even do their side work leave everything empty waiting for the evening and graveyard server to do their dirty work restaurant is going down the drained doesn't get busy anymore like it used to is absolutely dead No customers coming in probably u will get 1-5 tables that's it.

IHop is dying. Empty restaurants everywhere and it is iHop killing it. I picked up a to go order. 3 people in the restaurant, all servers. No customers. Each asked to help. Each went about their business as I stood waiting. I got 2 orders of the fruit crepes. 3 teenie, tiny cups of strawberries. I always loved them. IHop had ruined them by becoming ultra stingy. I had to return to get syrup. Server told me he gets in trouble for giving customers excessive fruit. I do not think they totaled 3 whole berries. To be successful, you do not raise your prices AND cut back on the portions. Of course, all businesses do. Sadly, that is the direct route to their demise.

Stafford at this particular IHOP have always been very friendly and kind. They are always very patient with my autistic grandson. But, they aren't very fast. That's OK. I'll take kindness!

Upon arriving, we noticed half of the restaurant was empty yet we were met with no greeting or anyone to seat us for 10-12min. When an employee, Th at appeared to be a manager told us someone would be right with us, the 4 other employees standing there made zero effort to greet us. Once we were finally greeted, we were told there would be a 10-15min wait with half the pace empty and 4-5 of the wait staff standing up at the to go counter. The mismanagement is glaring
There is a big difference here between day and night. I did an uber eats pickup this morning, was not helped until I flagged someone down. When I came in I waited for the person at the front to finish with the previous customer, said good morning was met with a stern face while other got friendly chatter. Let them know I was here for a pick up and simply told to stand over by the coffee bar and someone would help me. Stood there for about 3mins while the others just walked by and looked at me, no offer of help or asking if I needed help. Just stood there waiting for someone to just ask for the name on the order at least, but nope had to get someone’s attention. And they only have like a handful of people eating in. I just don’t understand it, the night staff is a lot nicer and more welcoming. At least I know now not to eat here during the morning or afternoon.
