Server was very young and very new. Food was very good except for the long blond hair in my omelette. Didn't see the need to complain because I felt it would fall on deaf ears. The bill was $21.27 and the host couldn't make change. I gave him a twenty one dollars cash plus a quarter and a dime. He disappeared and came back and didn't offer my change. I told him he owed me eight cents. I could have left but by then it was a matter of principle. A little later the other host came out a gave me a quarter.

Do not get orders to go it’s always very low quality and barely any syrup also I got a side salad and it was completely old green lettuce complained via e-mail and they just apologized. No offer to replace or anything. Morons.

Not good at all our food was very cold and the waitress has no customer service skills. Manager didn't offer a discount or anything for the food or service.

This IHOP is convenient for the location. Other than that, it is not good. This is a slower IHOP, and their service was not the best. I wish some employees were around to help and answer your questions, but they are all in the back. You have to wait. It looks like you could walk in and serve yourself. Then what you pay and the portion you receive is ridiculous!! I understand every restaurant has a serving guide they may follow, but it was unbelievable how my pickup order looked when I got it. The syrup had wasted all in the bottom of my bag and not separate from the food. I paid 8 dollars literally for half a cup of the breakfast potatoes. I’d say just by pass this location, at least the service and restaurant in Central Park is a little more upbeat and accommodating.

Worst IHOP experience ever! We never got past sitting down. We sat for over 15 minutes without anyone coming to us. No water, no coffee, no nothing! We even asked the host for a server and no one showed up. After almost 20 minutes we just walked out. Not going back to this IHOP.IHOP District Management and Customer Relations followed up very quickly. I was impressed with their concern and appreciate their efforts to resolve issues so it does not happen again. Thank you!

I just wish they had one more employee to remain in the front. I had to wait to be seated and wait to pay. You're lucky people are honest and wait to be rung up.

The service was slow, the food come out cold. Not a fan. The sad thing is the last time I went to IHOP in Santa Fe NM I had the exact same experience, cold food and hardly any service. IHOP seems to be putting all there money into the store looks but not investing into their people or food quality.

So incredibly dissapointed with the service today. Our server for the night was Jackie and she made our night completely unpleasant. We had no issues while being seated or while ordering, but unfortunately her good attitude didn't last. We brought up a missing item from one of our dishes as we had the menu and seemed to be missing some lemon and some fish in our plate. Not a big deal, but when this was brought up it's like she had immediately caught an attitude. Asked me to give her the whole plate and she took it to the chef. Chef came out and told us we had ordered the senior version of the meal. We confirmed we had not done so and pointed out the original version of the meal as none of us at the table were senior age. Jackie had just assumed or misunderstood. Again. Not a big deal. The chef was kind and brought the rest of the meal with extra which was thoughtful and asked if we needed anything else. Through our meal we did not see Jackie at all and she never returned with condiments we had asked her for the first time. I eventually got up and grabbed another bottle from an unused table. Jackie proceeded to show up once we had finished our meals and we didn't get any refills or anything else until the end. I asked her for some waters and she began walking away as another person from our table was still ordering something to go. Was extremely dissatisfied with her service and it's really disheartening because we started off really well. There was only one other table that came in during the first half of our meal since we came in at 9pm on a Friday night. I hope this is a one time thing because we never faulted her for the mistake. Because thats all it was. A mistake. We just wanted it fixed, but i guess she might have been having a bad night.Edit: I had to change my rating to 1 star because after paying, Jackie tried to pocket our change and tried to argue with us after bringing it up saying she gave us back 7 dollars yet even if she did there still would've been missing change. We were going to tip regardless of the service quality, but you do not play with people's money like that. I hope I never have this server again.

I know they were short staffed so I feel a little bad but it was so slow when we went. We went on a weekday around 645 pm and start to finish was at least an hour and 45 minutes. We are local but I can't imagine if we were traveling and wanted a quick stop. I did like the food, got a burger and it hit the spot. For being essentially a diner it was expensive too. We spent over $60 for 2 adult meals a kids meal and a plate of bacon. Between the long wait and not being a good deal it'll be a while before we go back but everything I had was good and fresh.

We stopped here, for a quick breakfast a couple week ago.The food was good, unfortunately our server was not so much.She spent most of her time on the phone. And to be honest, it made us feel somewhat unwelcome. Almost like, hurry up, eat your food ,so I can go back doing nothin kind of wibe.
